in between my trips to afghanistan and iraq, i was able to join some friends for part of their camino de santiago journey.
to be honest, i wasn’t really going to post anything since enough has been written both historically and religiously.
and if you need travel advice, i have to recommend the stingynomads site which i found quite useful. anything i could contribute would be of no use compared to this.
instead, i finally decided that i would just post some of my fav pics (taken on my crappy old phone – apologies).
hopefully the beauty of the journey may inspire someone out there to give it a try…
